- Beef is processed into steaks, roasts, mince and sausages. Each seperate cut is put into a bulk bag and labeled. The purchaser then repacks into preferred portions.
- Lamb/Hogget is processed onto chops, shanks, flanks, rosettes and roasts (or cut to your specifications)

Half yearling beef can be processed to your requirements.
